The Registration Fees is non refundable.
The fees of Summer Training Program is non refundable.
Training fees at the time of joining is not accepted in installments.
After submission of total fees, if trainee wants to leave, he/she will have to pay INR 1,000 as penalty.
Refund (if applicable) will deduct registration cost, GST, penalty & session charges.
Dishonored cheques will attract ₹200 handling charges.
Apprenticeship Program requires full payment at joining as per norms.
If placed during Apprenticeship, fees will not be refunded.
Personal belongings are trainee’s responsibility. Company is not liable for loss/theft/damage.
In case of medical unfitness, company may assist but holds no responsibility.
Infectious disease = no class attendance until recovery. Classes resume post-fit certificate.
Outstation trainees must provide local address at joining.
Damaging company property = penalty of twice the cost.
Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory for certificate; 100% for high grade.
Assignments must be submitted for grading in certificate.
ID Cards are mandatory inside SPI premises.
Indiscipline may lead to expulsion with no refund; legal action may be taken.
