Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration or course enrollment is subject to the following rules:

• Registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Course or training fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances approved by management.
• Approved cancellations that result in refunds will be subject to deductions described in the Refund Policy (registration fee, GST, ₹2,000 penalty, and attended session charges).
• Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the management or via email to the contact address below.
