1. Privacy & Data Protection Undertaking
- I authorize Softpro to collect, store, and process my personal, academic, and training-related data.
- Data may be shared with government or industry partners for academic or legal purposes only.
- Softpro shall not sell or misuse personal data.
- Attendance, LMS, and performance records may be maintained digitally.
- I will keep my personal details updated.
2. Fees, Payment & Refund Terms
- Registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
- Training / Course fees once paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Summer Training fees must be paid in full at joining.
- No cheque payments accepted. Use UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash.
- Refunds only in exceptional cases with management approval.
- Approved refunds will deduct: Registration fee, GST, Penalty of ?2,000, and attended session charges.
- Voluntary discontinuation = No refund.
- Placement during Apprenticeship / Job programs = No refund.
3. Attendance & Certification
- 85% attendance mandatory for certificate.
- 100% attendance required for excellence grade.
- No refund or relaxation for attendance shortfall.
4. Medical & Safety
- Softpro holds no medical responsibility.
- Infectious disease = no class without fitness certificate.
- All safety guidelines must be followed.
5. Code of Conduct & Liability
- Maintain discipline and professional behavior.
- Property damage penalty = twice the actual cost.
- Personal belongings are trainee�s responsibility.
- Outstation trainees must provide local address.
- All Softpro rules must be followed.
6. Company Rights
- Softpro may modify rules, schedules, or policies anytime.
- Management decisions are final & binding.
