Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for any training, course, internship, apprenticeship, or related programs offered by Softpro.
1. Registration Fee
- The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Course / Training Fees
- Training / Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Summer Training fees must be paid in full at the time of joining.
- No refund shall be provided for voluntary discontinuation of the course by the trainee.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases and strictly subject to management approval.
- If approved, the refund amount will be processed after deducting:
- Registration fee
- Applicable GST
- Penalty of ₹2,000
- Charges for sessions already attended
4. Placement / Apprenticeship Programs
- If a trainee receives placement during Apprenticeship or Job programs, no refund shall be applicable.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment gateway procedures.
